BTR367B purchased from local preservationist. 367 appeared to be intact albeit missing seats and one or two lights etc. MAY 2006 Recovered to Hants & Dorset TRim in Eastleigh for major restoration work to begin. All lower panels and front panel replaced. JULY 2006 Now looking like a corporation bus again, seats were sourced from donor vehicle and installed. 367 featured in Bus & Coach Preseravtion magazine. AUGUST 2006 MOT prep work starts. New tyres and various electrical fittings sourced. New wiring required for MOT but planned to have on the road for April 2007. This has probably been our biggest restoration piece to date. |
